Knitted coverings were made for all fourteen lampposts on this block of 1st Ave between E. Gowe Street and E. Titus Street. The lamppost sweaters show care and love for this space of ours. They add color, pattern, texture, whimsy, and joy to the streetscape. Color choices were inspired by the storefronts themselves and the two murals on this block.
